Assessment Information Request - Assessed Persons

Important Information:

The purpose of this form is for an assessed person, or their authorized agent to request, under Section 299 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA), information about how the assessor prepared the assessed person's individual non-residential and multi-residential property that may not be available on The County of Grande Prairie's website

By signing below, I acknowledge and certify that:

i. I understand that, if I complete Section B of this form, I will only receive information from the Assessment Department after a "Agent Authorization Form" and letter has been submitted to the Assessment Department, and the Assessment Department has authorized my complany or me to receive information from the Assessment Department in respect of the property assessment account identified in Section A.

ii. I understand I am responsible for payment of any fees in accordance with County of Grande Prairie Schedule of Fees. $200 for first 10 pages and $15 per page thereafter.

iii. I understand I am requesting for written assessment information under MGA Section 299 for the property assessment account identified in Section A6, and for the current assessment roll and tax year only. I understand that the timelines for providing this information will not commence until the payment has been received by the County of Grande Prairie for the request. 

iv. i understand that according to the MGA Part 9 Section 299 and MRAT Part 6 Section 34(2), the County of Grande Prairie Assessment Department has 15 days to provide the information requested.
