This form is to request enrollment in the babysitters program.
In order to apply for the babysitters course, the following eligibility requirements must be fulfilled:
Final registration of your child in the program is pending until we confirm we have all the required information and the $40 per child payment is processed.
If you have any questions or concerns about payment please email wrc@countygp.ab.ca or call the office at 780-567-2843.

Photo Consent
The Babysitting Course is a St. John Ambulance Course. Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is working in partnership with St. John Ambulance. We offer programs and services that contribute to the well being of our residents, their families, and communities. To help us understand if we are meeting our goals, we would like to email you a brief survey regarding the course. The suvey will not take more than 5 minutes to complete.
