Sports Day Summer Program Registration

The County is providing five Sport Program Days in partnership with Athletes in Action.  Kids will develop social and emotional resilience skills as they play on teams together. Ages 6-12 welcome!

Please submit a separate registration for each LOCATION you wish to attend. However, you may register multiple children on the same form. Each location and date is $10 per program.

*Registrations completed and paid before July 4, 2025 will receive an email about registration fee changes.

 

Sports day Program is also available for Wembley and Beaverlodge area - FREE of charge, registration is still required, click here to register.

Please note: We give priority to residents of the County of Grande Prairie No. 1. If you're from the City of Grande Prairie, you're still welcome to apply. Your name will be placed on a waitlist, and we'll reach out on the Wednesday before program date to confirm if a spot is available.

The purpose of the above listed information is to ensure that medical personnel have details of any medical problems that may interfere with or alter treatment. I authorize the County of Grande Prairie No.1 Summer Program staff to arrange emergency care for my child(ren) in the event I cannot be initially contacted. I further consent to pay all medical expenses deemed necessary in case of an emergency. Please review and acknowledge that you have read the Waivers & Permissions. A email copy will be provided for your reference. You will also receive a email confirmation of registration, payment receipt, and the summer program parent handbook.

Protection of Privacy - Personal information is collected in accordance with Section 33(c) of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the FOIP Act) and will be protected under Part 2 of that Act. It will be used for the purpose of FCSS Summer Programs for which the information is collected.
