THIS REQUEST IS FOR LOW HAZARD CONSUMER FIREWORKS ONLY. ALL HIGH HAZARD COMMERCIAL REQUESTS AND VENDOR PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM REGIONAL FIRE SERVICES IN PERSON.
