Thank you for your interest in working the 2025 Municipal Election for the County of Grande Prairie No. 1. All interested applicants must complete and submit this application form prior to September 1, 2025.

Availability - Election Dates

All Election Workers must be available to work on Election Day - Monday, October 20, 2025. Hours of work are 8:00AM to 11:00PM

All Election Workers will be required to work at least one advanced voting day.

All Election Workers must attend a training session on one of the dates below. 

Training Session's will be a full day running from 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

The following information is collected to assist in determining the role you will be assigned to during the 2025 Municipal Election. Your answer will not disqualify you from being considered for a role in the Municipal Election.

I confirm that I have a Valid Driver's License and will be responsible for my own transportation to and from the voting station.
 
The Municipality will not issue me any tax reporting documents such as a T4 slip (unless you are a County of Grande Prairie No. 1 employee)
 
It is my responsibility to report any compensation I receive from my election work for income tax purposes (Unless you are County of Grande Prairie No. 1 employee)
 
If I become a candidate in the election, or if a member of my family becomes a candidate in the election, I will immediately notify the Elections Office at (780) 532-9722
