Any person(s) wishing to remotely participate in a Public Hearing must complete the form below.

Once the form has been submitted to Legislative Services, the request will be reviewed to ensure that you are scheduled to speak at the appropriate meeting. Legislative Services will contact the person(s) to provide the remote participation information.
