County BBQ Rental Agreement
This form must be complete and submitted prior to confirmation of rental.
Rental Agreeement Forms must be completed a minimum 14 days in advance of the event.
The BBQ may only be rented by non profits, charities, or by businesses holding a fundraiser for a non profit or charity.
The County BBQ is free to rent but renters must provide a $100 security deposit.
County staff will haul the BBQ to your event, set up, and haul the BBQ away. Renters are responsible for cooking, cleaning the BBQ, and for all safe food handling measures.
The BBQ can be at your event for a maximum of 4 hours. Transit time not included.
Renters must have a Vendor Notification Permit from Environmental Public Health posted at the event.
