For weekend access (Saturday and Sunday), please submit your form no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.This application is required pursuant Use of Parkland Bylaw NO.3061 . The County reserves the right to refuse access. Important Information1. Vehicle, equipment and / or cargo must not exceed 1 ton on any County trails or greenspaces. (Loads that exceed 1 ton will require special approval.) 2. Applicant is responsible to repair any damage to County property sustained during the access period to the satisfaction of the County or pay any costs incurred by the County to repair the damage.3. Storage of any materials or items on County property is not permitted at any time during permit period.4. Hold the County of Grande Prairie harmless for any damage done to persons or property as a result of the operation of a vehicle while on County Property.5. Be advised that all work completed must be within your property boundaries6. The County will only contact you if your request has been denied. This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
